Quick Roofing is seeking one individual who is Assistant to Production Manager and will do much clerical work.
This role will require a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
They will be working with truly a great Team who is loved by our whole company! This person will be assisting in confirming the schedule -which is so critical - communicating with Crews, keeping data organized and entered, supporting Production Manager.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
No previous experience required in this specific field required.
We will train you to be the best and according to our system.
2 years of experience working with an office management system preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Google Drive required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat preferred.
Proficiency in Word and Excel required for this position.
Proficiency in Outlook required for this position.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required for this position.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects is strongly preferred.
Must be-lingual.
